New Archive Facility

Preserving Ohio history is no easy task, therefore the state of Ohio decided on building a new archive facility they went with LEED. Non-toxic paints, low VOC ceiling and flooring, and on-demand ventilation provide an environment that is easy on the artifacts.

    EA Energy helped the client with the design process identifying which systems to select. further down the design process, EA help document the design for LEED certification.
  • Sustainability Consulting
    EA Energy’s focus is to keep LEED in the forefront of the design and construction of the project. Providing guidance on how to maximize LEED points, while keeping the project within budget. Helping the design team with sustainability decisions and the construction team with design compliance.
  • Commissioning
    The commissioning team focus is owner experience, and how the building will operate in the future. Working with the design team to optimize operation and the construction team with implementation and troubleshooting energy systems.
