Working through LEED volume program for Citi Bank, EA Energy’s team was able to identify the best path for Citibank to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Through deliberate conversations with all stakeholders, EA’s team was able to identify important goals, evaluate design options, and coordinate with consultants the delivery of LEED certification.

Commissioning Process
Design Review

Design is the foundation of a great project and a great building. During the commissioning phase, EA's team worked with the design team on identifying control and maintenance issues, helping save the owner downtime and maintenance problems.

Testing

EA Energy work with the design team and the install contractor to develop a test protocol unique to the project needs. During the testing phase, any coordination needed is identified and planned in advance.

Troubleshooting

EA works with the vendor and installer to identify the root cause of issues identified during the test. By attempting to resolve these issues during the test, the owner can reduce downtime and maintenance problems.
