Energy Efficient Commercial Building Tax Deduction is a tax incentive designed to encourage the investment and the installation of energy-efficient features in commercial buildings.

Building owners, contractors, design professionals, and government and nonprofits are eligible to receive up to up to $ 5.0 per square foot of commercial building space for projects performed in existing building or a new construction you are planning.
